In the centers of the catamnesis, which have great diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities, in most cases, the minimum scope of the survey is not provided for polyclinics, which is related to the paid basis of this medical assistance, the shift of the decision center on the content of the received services from the attending physician and the medical need to the mother's side And financial capabilities of the family. Given that external causes are injuries that require, as a rule, emergency and urgent medical care, it is necessary to organize traumatic centers, burn centers and acute poisoning centers, taking into account the stable endemic situation in various municipalities, the material and technical base of medical organizations and the climate-geographical features of the region.
