First of all, the innovation under consideration was aimed at increasing the availability of medical care for this category of population. The article presents an analysis of legislative and regulatory legal documents regulating legal issues of compliance of the activities of the nursing service in the care of people with limited mobility to the principle of access to medical care. It has been revealed that currently the activity of patronage services for people with limited mobility does not fully comply with the principle of access to medical care. First of all, the aspect that requires the patient to choose the nursing service of a medical organization and the attending physician requires consideration.
