Semashko on the basis of the cooperating WHO-FIC center for family of classifications the automated system of information support of coding for ICD-10 is considered and analyzed conceptual model. The ICD-10 Automated Coding System is a cloud-based WEB service for medical organizations for the preparation and transfer of mandatory state reporting of filling out the statistical forms of the ICD of morbidity and mortality to regulatory authorities.
