Today, culture is seen as a social mechanism that accumulates knowledge and skills of people's behavior, performs the tasks of identification and stabilization of the company in any standard or nonstandard situation. In this context, understanding the role of corporate culture, its impact on the organization's employees, the ability to manage corporate culture, are an urgent problem, including medical organizations.
