Even ensuring the high quality of services provided does not exclude the occurrence of conflict situations in the relationship between the doctor and the patient. The inability of medical professionals to prevent and contain the development of conflicts leads to an increase in the number of patient complaints and appeals to the court. The most important element of conflict management in modern health care is the awareness of medical professionals about the provisions of the main normative legal documents regulating relations in medicine, the rights of the doctor and the patient. The purpose of this work is to determine the real level of legal competence of practicing doctors in Moscow.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>patient rights</kwd><kwd>regulatory framework</kwd><kwd>doctor's competence</kwd><kwd>training of doctors</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>права пациента</kwd><kwd>нормативная правовая база</kwd><kwd>компетенции врача</kwd><kwd>обучение врачей</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Лежнина Ю.П.
