The level of microbiological research development in many countries (including Russia) does not meet modern health requirements and needs automation. The introduction of mass spectrometric method with high productivity and low costs will increase the level of microbiological diagnosis of bacterial and fungal infections, prevent the spread of hospital - acquired infections and improve the epidemiological situation of infectious diseases.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>The mass spectrometric method</kwd><kwd>innovative technologies</kwd><kwd>the availability of bacteriological analyses</kwd><kwd>automatization</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Масс-спектрометрический анализ</kwd><kwd>инновационные технологии</kwd><kwd>доступность бактериологических исследований</kwd><kwd>автоматизация</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Концепция развития службы клинической лабораторной диагностики Российской Федерации на 2003 - 2010 гг.</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="B2"><label>2.</label><mixed-citation>Стратегии развития медицинской науки в Российской Федерации на период до 2025</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="B3"><label>3.</label><mixed-citation>Carbonnelle E., Grohs P., Jacquier H., Day N., Tenza S., Dewailly A. et al.
