Without their solution, it is hardly possible to realistically improve the quality and culture of rendering medical care to the population, as well as to increase the efficiency of the activities of medical organizations and the industry as a whole, based on the rational use of financial, material and human resources. In the health care system, nursing staff is the most significant part of the workforce. The aim of the study was to study the degree of satisfaction of nurses in a typical medical institution of the state type. The assessment showed that 55% of respondents are satisfied with their work, 39% are not satisfied, 4% are at a loss to answer.
