In the course of the study, the following methods were used: study and generalization of experience, analytical, statistical, sociological (survey), comparative analysis. The aim of this study was to study patients 'opinions on the basis of a comparative analysis of patients' satisfaction with the results of treatment at centers providing hemodialysis care in the CHI system.
