In this regard, the article discusses questions relating to the differentiated approach to management decisions for each group of affiliates, as well as specifically for each of the health centers, aimed at improving the competitiveness of JSC "Russian Railways - health." The research program includes methods for comparative assessment of the effectiveness of the company's branches. A comparative assessment of the effectiveness of the branches was based on the consideration of economic efficiency, the effectiveness of medical and social satisfaction.
