The study of<br />archival materials, the involvement of literary sources allowed to significantly supplement the biography, expand the understanding of<br />her scientific and social activities. The achievements of the leptospirosis laboratory of the Scientific Research Center for Epidemiology and<br />Microbiology are highlighted N. F. Gamalei of the Ministry of Health of Russia during the period when the laboratory was headed by Yu. V.<br />Ananyina.
