It was revealed that such provisions out of the total number are no more than 15%, while the documents do not regulate entire blocks of providing medical care, for example, in a day hospital in the profiles of surdology-otolaryngology and rheumatology; for the pediatric population in the profile of nephrology. This situation makes it impossible to conduct mass quality control of medical care, including with the use of information systems. In addition, it has a negative impact on attracting foreign tourists, and also does not allow for optimal planning of resources and costs within public-private partnership projects.

<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>order of medical care</kwd><kwd>otolaryngology</kwd><kwd>surdology</kwd><kwd>nephrology</kwd><kwd>rheumatology</kwd><kwd>informatization</kwd><kwd>public-private partnership</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>порядок оказания медицинской помощи</kwd><kwd>оториноларингология</kwd><kwd>сурдология</kwd><kwd>нефрология</kwd><kwd>ревматология</kwd><kwd>информатизация</kwd><kwd>государственно-частное партнерство</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front>

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>Alexandrova O.
