The main attention is paid to the study of the distribution of hospitalized patients by age,
gender, place of residence, nosological forms and classes of diseases, and the peculiarities of the course of nephrological pathology. It
was revealed that a significant proportion of hospitalized children are of primary school age in all the studied groups, which may be due
to adaptation to new living conditions of students and to the educational process. Significant differences have been established in the
distribution of certain classes of diseases and forms of the course of uronephrological pathology depending on the territory of residence.
The results obtained indicate the need to improve the system of medical care for children in the Republic of Dagestan, to ensure the
availability of nephrological care, in particular in the highlands.

<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hospital morbidity</kwd><kwd>extensive indicators</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>schoolchildren</kwd><kwd>preschoolers</kwd><kwd>nephrological diseases</kwd><kwd>hospitalized</kwd><kwd>residential areas</kwd><kwd>morbidityof urban and rural populations</kwd><kwd>highlands</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>госпитальная заболеваемость</kwd><kwd>экстенсивные показатели</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>школьники</kwd><kwd>дошкольники</kwd><kwd>нефрологические заболевания</kwd><kwd>госпитализированные</kwd><kwd>территории проживания</kwd><kwd>заболеваемость городского и сельского населения</kwd><kwd>высокогорье</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front>

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>Podchernina A.
