&lt;p&gt;A comparative analysis of the results of the re-examination in 2019 was carried out according to the same program with a unified methodology for identifying risk factors in the same territories of the Tomsk region as in 2017. A significant frequency of biological risk factors for CVD was found in the study group of patients. in 2017 and 2019 Elevated blood pressure and hypercholesterolemia were more common among risk factors for CVD.&lt;br /&gt;In a comparative analysis from 2017 to 2019, there was a trend towards a decrease in the frequency of biological risk factors for CVD (elevated blood pressure and hypercholesterolemia) and a trend towards a decrease in the values of risk factors for CVD (average levels of SBP and cholesterol) in residents examined in remote and hard-to-reach rural settlements of the Tomsk region.&lt;br /&gt;Positive trends in reducing the frequency and values of CVD risk factors can be considered as a basis for evaluating the effectiveness of a comprehensive preventive intervention carried out within the framework of a regional project.&lt;/p&gt;</abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>health centers</kwd><kwd>preventive interventions</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd><kwd>cardiovascular disease</kwd><kwd>performance evaluation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>центры здоровья</kwd><kwd>профилактические вмешательства</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd><kwd>сердечно-сосудистые заболевания</kwd><kwd>оценка результативности</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Shlyakhto E.V, Zvartau N.E, Villevalde S.V., et al.
