The article analyzes the changes in legislation adopted in 2023. The assessment of changes in the structure was carried out on the example of the work of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Reshma medical center of the FMBA of Russia. For this purpose, a retrospective analysis of the medical histories of patients treated in a round-the-clock and day hospital in 2022 and 2023, as well as patients treated on an outpatient basis in 2023, was carried out. As a result of the conducted research, a tendency has been established to expand the possibilities for receiving and managing patients more difficult to curate (according to the rehabilitation routing scale equal to 5 points), as well as an increase in the coverage of patients hospitalized from the second to the third stage as part of a day hospital or outpatient rehabilitation.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>public health</kwd><kwd>organizational structure</kwd><kwd>medical rehabilitation</kwd><kwd>patient routing</kwd><kwd>continuity</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>общественное здоровье</kwd><kwd>организационная структура</kwd><kwd>медицинская реабилитация</kwd><kwd>маршрутизация пациентов</kwd><kwd>непрерывность</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Ivanova G.E., Mel`nikova E.V., Belkin A.A., Belyaev A.F., Bodrova R.A., BujlovaT .V., Mal`ceva M.N., Mishina I.E., Prokopenko S.V., Sarana A.M., Staxovskaya L.V., Xasanova D.R., Cykunov M.B., Shamalov N.A., Suvorov A.Yu., Shmonin A.A.
