At the first stage, risk factors for reproductive losses were identified in patients with a burdened obstetric history, including psychological, material condition and direct anamnesis data. The analysis of the subsequent results of the survey of 400 women with a high risk of reproductive losses revealed low levels of provision of women with components of medical and genetic care. Low satisfaction with the provision of preferential drugs, information tools for the prevention of reproductive losses has been established.
