Materials and methods of research. The primary data were obtained by interviewing patients of medical organizations providing medical care on an outpatient basis. A total of 502 questionnaires were distributed, and a response was received from all respondents. The study was conducted in Moscow. The main group consisted of 420 patients who recognized primary responsibility for their health (active behavior model), the control group consisted of 82 patients who assigned primary responsibility for their health to external subjects (passive behavior model). Results. The integral assessment of the activities of medical organizations providing medical care on an outpatient basis does not depend on the fact that the patient recognizes primary responsibility for his health (3.370.05 vs. 3.410.13 points). Regardless of the fact that the primary responsibility for one's health is recognized, the value of the assessment increases with an increase in the frequency of visits to a medical organization. More strictly, the patients assessed the activities of the city (district) administration on the organization of medical care (3.240.06 points in the main group and 3.340.14 points in the control group). Patients who take primary responsibility for their health are somewhat more likely to suffer from acute diseases, but less likely to have chronic diseases. The main complaints of patients concerned the organization of work of district doctors and narrow specialists.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>patient satisfaction</kwd><kwd>satisfaction factors</kwd><kwd>outpatient care</kwd><kwd>medical organization</kwd><kwd>social determinants</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>удовлетворенность пациентов</kwd><kwd>факторы удовлетворенности</kwd><kwd>амбулаторная помощь</kwd><kwd>медицинская организация</kwd><kwd>социальные детерминанты</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Genovese U., Del Sordo S., Pravettoni G., Akulin I.M., Zoja R., Casali M.
