Women with disabilities are under the double yoke of discrimination and stigmatization in the realization of their own femininity, family roles (wife and mother), in labor and social activities; they more often become victims of illegal actions (domestic violence, harassment, mobbing). The organization of palliative care for terminal patients also does not take into account the gender factor, which does not appear in the planning and organization of federal and regional social policy measures, professional education and training of specialists in the field of social care of the population.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>health</kwd><kwd>disability</kwd><kwd>person with a disability</kwd><kwd>gender approach</kwd><kwd>palliative care</kwd><kwd>woman with a disability</kwd><kwd>discrimination</kwd><kwd>stigmatization</kwd><kwd>urbanization</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>здоровье</kwd><kwd>инвалидность</kwd><kwd>лицо с инвалидностью</kwd><kwd>гендерный подход</kwd><kwd>паллиативная помощь</kwd><kwd>женщина с инвалидностью</kwd><kwd>дискриминация</kwd><kwd>стигматизация</kwd><kwd>урбанизация</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Ermakova A.E., Kindras M.N., Lishchuk N.G.
