A key comorbid pathology platform was identified, which is the basis for the formation of the morbidity profile of patients of older age groups. Causal relationships between individual forms of key comorbid pathology have been systematized; afferent, efferent and docking pathology is structured. Organizational solutions are proposed to optimize the procedure for preventive inspection and dispensary observation of the population of various age groups.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>comorbidity</kwd><kwd>comorbid pathology</kwd><kwd>morbidity profile</kwd><kwd>geriatric disease</kwd><kwd>geriatric pathology</kwd><kwd>geriatrics</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>коморбидность</kwd><kwd>коморбидная патология</kwd><kwd>профиль морбидности</kwd><kwd>гериатрическая болезнь</kwd><kwd>гериатрическая патология</kwd><kwd>гериатрия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Sintsova A.P., Ponomareva M.N., Konovalova O.S.
