The FMEA method is proposed as the basis, as the most effective from the point of view of assessing the onset, detecting and measuring the consequences of risky events. It is proved that the development of this method of risk assessment based on modern digital solutions makes it possible to form management decisions regarding risks affecting the effectiveness of a medical institution.
