Materials and methods. We studied the data from the AIST blood service information system on the issuance of blood components to medical organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019 2023. We conducted an additional survey of heads of transfusiology departments of medical organizations about the use of blood components in obstetric and gynecological hospitals (AGH). Results. During the study period, the need for blood components in medical organizations increased by 33.1%, and in AGH significantly more, by 44.3 (p0.001). For individual blood components, the increase in general and in the AGS in particular was: red blood cells: 29.2% and 48.5% (p0.001), platelets: 50.4% and 520.0% (p0.001), plasma: 31.1% and 1.1% (p0.001), cryoprecipitate: 421.8% and 315.9% (p0.03). Conclusion. In 20192023, the part of blood components received by the ACH was 3.04% 3.37% of all blood components received by medical organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan. Compared to medical organizations in general, in the AGH the consumption of platelets and erythrocytes is predominantly increasing and less actively plasma and cryoprecipitate.<br /><br /></p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>blood transfusion</kwd><kwd>obstetrics and gynecology hospital</kwd><kwd>red blood cells</kwd><kwd>platelets</kwd><kwd>plasma</kwd><kwd>cryoprecipitate</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>переливание крови</kwd><kwd>акушерско-гинекологический стационар</kwd><kwd>эритроциты</kwd><kwd>тромбоциты</kwd><kwd>плазма</kwd><kwd>криопреципитат</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front>

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>Shevchenko Yu.L., Karpov O.E., Zhiburt E.B.
