Based on a comprehensive examination of patients with multiple sclerosis in various periods of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period, some patterns of somatic, reproductive health and fertility were revealed. The risk factors for mother and fetus during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as for newborn and mother in the postpartum period, are systematized.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>comorbidity</kwd><kwd>multiple sclerosis</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>reproductive health</kwd><kwd>fertility</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>коморбидность</kwd><kwd>рассеянный склероз</kwd><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>репродуктивное здоровье</kwd><kwd>фертильность</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Lazebnik L.B., Konev Yu.V., Efremov L.I.
