Однако до сих пор неясно, что именно должна включать в себя цифровая грамотность медицинских работников и как ее можно измерить. Цель исследования  расширение представления о существующих в мировой практике системах оценки цифровых компетенций медицинских работников. Материалы и методы. Проведен систематический обзор на основе контрольного списка PRISMA. Включены рецензируемые научные статьи за последние 10 лет (20142024гг.) на английском языке, посвященные цифровой компетентности медицинских работников. Одним из критериев отбора являлся максимальный интернациональный охват, поэтому рассмотрены исследования не только ведущих стран Европы и мира, но и большинства региональных лидеров, а также развивающихся стран. На основе полученных результатов сделано обобщение наиболее изученных на сегодняшний день компетенций медицинских работников в области цифрового здравоохранения, а также инструментов, используемых для их оценки. Заключение. Существует большое разнообразие инструментов для оценки цифровой медицинской грамотности среди медицинских работников, которое зависит как от особенностей национальных систем здравоохранения, так и от возможностей и критериев измерения. Некоторые общие инструменты оценки медицинской грамотности потенциально могут быть адаптированы для российских пользователей, однако результаты проведенного исследования указывают на недостаток инструментов, которые были бы специально разработаны для оценки многогранной цифровой медицинской грамотности специалистов здравоохранения с учетом уникального контекста, областей, сложности, и способов оценки, необходимых для этой целевой группы.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>digital competence</kwd><kwd>digital literacy</kwd><kwd>digital health</kwd><kwd>health worker</kwd><kwd>health professionals</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>цифровая компетентность</kwd><kwd>цифровая грамотность</kwd><kwd>цифровое здравоохранение</kwd><kwd>медицинский работник</kwd><kwd>специалисты здравоохранения</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Car J., Carlstedt-Duke J., Tudor Car L., et al.
