Objective: to propose a methodology for calculating the indicator Index of adherence to immunisation (vaccination), IАI (%) using mathematical modelling.&lt;br /&gt;Materials and мethods. The data of sociological survey of respondents using the author's methodology were used in mathematical modelling.&lt;br /&gt;Results and discussion. The IАI design includes such indicators as the proportion of respondents with low, medium and high levels of adherence. The IАI can serve as a tool for ranking or clustering the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, medical organisations and their structural subdivisions by the degree of risk of reduced vaccination coverage.
