Выделены ключевые моменты, по которым стандартный скрининг не подходит молодым пациенткам. Проведен сравнительный анализ существующих математических моделей оценки индивидуального риска развития рака молочной железы. Отмечены достоинства и недостатки выбранных моделей. На основании проведенного анализа обозначена необходимость оптимизации подхода к проведению мероприятий по выбору тактики диагностики, основанной на оценке факторов риска, с целью повышения доли раннего выявления рака молочной железы.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>review</kwd><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd><kwd>cancer screening</kwd><kwd>early detection</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>обзор</kwd><kwd>возраст до 40 лет</kwd><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd><kwd>онкоскрининг</kwd><kwd>ранняя диагностика</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Gail MH, Brinton LA, Byar DP et al.
