Семашко</copyright-statement><copyright-year>2025</copyright-year></permissions><abstract>Сердечно сосудистые заболевания (ССЗ) остаются ведущей причиной смертности и заболеваемости во всем мире, что требует эффективных стратегий профилактики и контроля. Медицинские сестры занимают ключевое место в системе первичной медико санитарной помощи, обеспечивая раннее выявление и управление факторами риска ССЗ. Их вклад в профилактические мероприятия становится особенно важным на фоне роста числа пациентов с сердечно сосудистыми патологиями. Цель исследования — изучение успешных сестринских стратегий, ориентированных на профилактику сердечно сосудистых заболеваний и факторов риска их возникновения у населения в контексте первичной медико санитарной помощи. Материалы и методы. Проведен систематический поиск публикаций в открытых базах данных за 2020—2025 гг. с использованием ключевых слов, связанных с сестринским делом и профилактикой ССЗ. Результаты. Выявлено 3 ключевых направления сестринских вмешательств в профилактике ССЗ: 1) раннее выявление рисков (систематический скрининг, применение стандартизированных оценочных шкал, поэтапный мониторинг показателей здоровья); 2) образовательные программы (индивидуальное и групповое консультирование, разработка персонифицированных рекомендаций по модификации образа жизни, мотивационное сопровождение процесса изменения поведения); 3) использование цифровых решений (дистанционный мониторинг состояния пациента, использование мобильных платформ для поддержки приверженности терапии, применение телемедицинских технологий для профилактического консультирования). Заключение. Участие медицинских сестре в программах профилактики ССЗ доказало свою значимость для раннего выявления и управления сердечно сосудистыми рисками. Обучение и мотивация пациентов, а также интеграция в командную работу с врачами, способствуют устойчивому улучшению здоровья и снижению заболеваемости.
