Increased susceptibility of nurses to the risk of developing occupational contact dermatitis is noted, which is due to the peculiarities of their professional activity. The prevalence rate of this disease in this professional group, according to various authors, ranges from 7% to 46%. Such fluctuations can be caused by both objective factors, such as the intensity of the work process and the availability of personal protective equipment, and subjective ones, including individual characteristics of skin reactivity and compliance with hand care recommendations. A direct relationship has been found between the development of dermatological problems and a decrease in performance, which negatively affects the overall functioning of a medical organization. It is believed that nursing students are at high risk of developing occupational skin diseases. This pathology occurs in 20.9% of nursing students.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>nurses, medical students, skin diseases, occupational contact dermatitis, risk factors.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>медицинские сестры, студенты медицинских колледжей, заболевания кожи, профессиональный контактный дерматит, факторы риска.</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Prakoeswa C.
