In order to increase attention to the health of the child population and improve preventive work with children, in 2013 the AR adopted the law “On Mandatory Medical Examination of Children”, which gave rise to a number of measures, including monitoring and assessing the state of childrens health. The analysis showed that in 2019 compared to 2014 there was a decrease in the level of general morbidity in children and adolescents, including the level of primary morbidity. In the general structure of morbidity in children and adolescents aged 0-17 years, the share of primary morbidity is decreasing, which decreased from 46.8% in 2014 to 32.6% in 2019, which was typical for all age groups. However, while maintaining existing trends, given the increase in the indicator in 2018-2019. the level of general morbidity in children and adolescents aged 0-17 years may increase from 307.82 in 2019 to 365 in 2023 and 415 by 2025, which is the rationale for improving the quality and efficiency of preventive direction in the activities of childrens medical organizations and all child and adolescent health services.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>morbidity, children, children and adolescents, clinical examination, Republic of Azerbaijan</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>заболеваемость, дети, детское и подростковое население, диспансеризация, Азербайджанская Республика</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Хабриев Р.
