It can be noted that the 70-80s of the last century became a period of structural development of the cancer service and the orders of the Soviet period formed the cancer service and determined its structure. The political and social changes that took place in the post-Soviet period, so changes in the system of financing medical care, did not have a significant impact on the structure of the organization of the cancer service.
