Based on the concept of inclusive employment, which views the workplace as a platform for the joint participation of people with different abilities, and on the basis of in-depth semi-structured interviews with experts, the article proposes key areas of medical and social work: psychological support, training in communication strategies, creating an inclusive environment, improving staff competence, mentoring, and systematic monitoring.
