The relevance of digital educational technologies is substantiated, including blended learning, online courses, digital problem-based learning, virtual and augmented reality, adaptive learning systems, and spaced digital education. It is shown that digital formats contribute to improving access to educational resources, individualizing learning trajectories, developing clinical reasoning, and improving the practical skills of healthcare professionals. Based on the analysis of recent studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses, the article establishes that digital learning can be an effective tool for improving the knowledge, professional competencies, and clinical behavior of healthcare professionals, especially when integrated with traditional forms of training. Special attention is paid to barriers to the implementation of digital learning, including insufficient digital literacy, infrastructure limitations, organizational and pedagogical difficulties, motivational problems, and systemic challenges.
