В статье представлен комплексный анализ методологических подходов к оценке экономической эффективности цифровизации здравоохранения на основе систематизации международного и отечественного опыта с использованием библиографических баз MEDLINE, PubMed, Springer Nature Link, Researchgate. Актуальность исследования определяется растущими масштабами цифровизации здравоохранения на фоне отсутствия универсальных и стандартизированных методов оценки ее экономической эффективности. Недостаток надежных инструментов для сравнительного анализа стоимости и результативности цифровых решений создает серьезные препятствия для их масштабирования и обоснованного бюджетного планирования. Результаты исследования демонстрируют противоречивость мировой доказательной базы: экономическая целесообразность цифровых решений сильно зависит от выбранных метрик (QALY, ICER и т. д.) и пороговых значений готовности платить. В зарубежной практике наиболее доказанной эффективностью обладают вмешательства на основе текстовых сообщений и видеоконференций для контроля хронических заболеваний.
