Проанализировано соответствие современного нормативно-правового регулирования медицинской реабилитации потребностям детей, нуждающихся в протезировании верхних конечностей вследствие врожденных заболеваний. Объектом анализа были основные нормативные правовые акты, регулирующие медицинскую реабилитацию и протезирование детей-инвалидов, в том числе федеральные законы от 21.11.2011 № 323-ФЗ и от 24.11.1995 № 181-ФЗ, приказы Минздрава России от 29.12.2012 № 1705н и от 23.10.2019 № 878н, приказ Минтруда России от 21.07.2025 № 449н с изменениями, внесёнными приказом от 08.04.2026 № 138н. Несмотря на существенные достижения в нормативном правовом регулировании медицинской реабилитации, действующие документы не в полной мере соответствуют потребностям детей, нуждающихся в протезировании верхних конечностей. Отмечается отсутствие нормативно закреплённых механизмов взаимодействия между системой медицинской реабилитации и мероприятиями по протезированию, реализуемыми в системе социальной защиты, неопределённость нормативного статуса эрготерапии и отсутствие клинических рекомендаций по данной категории пациентов.Полученные результаты обосновывают необходимость дальнейшего развития нормативно-правового регулирования с целью обеспечения преемственности в оказании медицинской и социальной помощи и реализации всех основных принципов эффективности реабилитационного процесса, а также учета специфики потребностей детей, нуждающихся в протезировании нижних конечностей.</abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Pediatric medical rehabilitation.
