Preventable Mortality in Municipalities of the Amur Region

Abstract

Annotation. The scale and structure of preventable mortality among the working-age population in 28 municipalities of the Amur Region for 2016—2019 were assessed. While preventable mortality among men decreased by 10,6%, this indicator among women increased by 9,0%, primarily due to behavioral risks (group 1 of causes). The municipalities with the highest and lowest preventable mortality rates among the working-age population were identified.
