Corporate culture and its impact on the staffing of a medical organization

Abstract


culture is an integral element of the development strategy of any medical organization. The influence of corporate culture on team building goes far beyond the internal atmosphere of the organization, having a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of the medical institution as a whole. In an environment where the health and life of patients depend on the coordinated work of medical teams, the role of corporate culture is of particular importance, and the study of its impact on various aspects of the functioning of medical organizations is becoming an increasingly urgent task for both researchers and practitioners in the field of health management.

The paper investigates the role of corporate culture in team building of medical organizations, as well as the analysis of its impact on the quality of medical care and the overall efficiency of health care institutions. It is concluded that the development and maintenance of a strong corporate culture should be a priority for the heads of medical organizations seeking to improve the quality of medical care and achieve long-term success in the healthcare market.
