Abstract
The article scientifically proves a health-organizational model of integrated rehabilitation for andrology profile patients in sanatorium conditions. Reduction of rehabilitation impact is due to their low health awareness and commitment to care, as well as deficiencies in the organization of activities for correcting their lifestyle. A set of proposals is shown to be effective.

Nowadays medical science in Russia is far remote from practical health care. This is proved by scientific research vector presented by publications in leading magazines for 25 latest years. Development of medical science is determined by Government strategy and problem oriented financial support. The strategy does not envisage decline mortality caused by cardiovascular diseases.

Conclusion: magazine publications do not reflect innovative processes that develop in health care. MODERN TRENDS IN MORBIDITY AND MORTALITY DUE TO EXTERNAL CAUSES

The study reveals significant gender and age differences in morbidity and mortality due to some external causes. The most vulnerable groups are elderly people, mostly men 70 years and older. The largest share of deaths occur in the working age. Hanging and poisoning with ethyl alcohol contribute significantly to overall mortality from external causes.

Juvenile medical rehabilitation in Orenburg region is carried out with regard to their morbidity and disability. 308 rehabilitation beds act. Hospital courses are 14-21 days long. 8 176 children with disabilities (99,8% of those needing) were rehabilitated in 2015. Efficiency amounted to 98,9%.

Abstract
The article presents data of a physical activity questionnaire survey of 138 students of Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University from various faculties and courses. The proposed questionnaire consists of 49 questions, divided into three blocks. The results prove sufficient competence of students in healthy lifestyle. The majority of respondents is motivated for various sports and tries to increase their physical activity, taking into account free time. There is a clear tendency of relationship between anthropometric parameters of students and their level of physical activity.

Their main task is to provide an integrated public health management system within administrative units.

Quality of citizens training for military service is estimated according to orders of Russian Ministry of Health and Defense Ministry. Organization of routine and preliminary medical examinations is discussed with emphasis on early identification of reproductive health violations among 18-30 years old men. 78,9% of those examined have pathological changes of sperms for the first time revealed, which requires special attention of experts.

Illegal use of psychoactive substances, tuberculosis, HIV, sexually transmitted infections, viral hepatitis can be considered as socially caused diseases among young people due to the age-specific prevalence of the diseases and their risk factors. Results of еру survey with 212 doctors allowed to rank their information and educational needs. High diversity of estimates and variability of educational experience influence on specific segments priority forced us to base educational program on principles of individualization and continuous education. The program combines classroom study and distance learning with electronic educational resources chosen by the listener.
