The topicality of the research is determined by the fact that suicides are one of the main causes of death among external causes of population’s death. Consequently, economic damage to the government is enormous as suicides are committed not only by older persons but also by persons of working age. The death rates were investigated on the basis of data analysis provided by the regional office of Federal State Statistics Service in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Relative and average figures and statistical significance between figures are defined. On the basis of the research decrease in suicide death rates from 48.2 to 28.2 per 100 000 population is determined among in both genders, among men - from 88.9 to 52.3, among women -from 12.4 to 7.0 per 100 000 of appropriate population. In 2009 the highest level of suicide death rates for men in the age groups 40-44 years and 65-69 years (102.3 and 159.6, correspondingly), for women - in the age groups 65-69 years and 70-74 years (27.3 and 18.9, correspondingly), in 2016 - for men and women in the age groups 80-84 years and 85 years and older (122.7 and 163.9 per 100 000 men and 18.9 and 18.7 per 100 000 women, correspondingly).

Zhiburt E.B., Chemodanov I.G., Averyanov E.G., Kozhemyako O.V.
Abstract
Sustainability of blood service is a prerequisite for the healthcare system to adapt to the changing conditions of routine activities and work in emergency situations. The evolution of clinical technologies reduces the need for the volume of blood transfusions in conditions of elective medical care. Reducing the consumption of blood components in conditions of budget funding for blood procurement should be accompanied by improved quality of blood products and services, the introduction of additional blood processing technologies that increase the effectiveness and safety of transfusion therapy.

Kamaev Y.O., Cherkasov S.N., Cherkasov S.V., Kurnosikov M.S.
Abstract
The results of the analysis of the health status of pregnant women in the Russian Federation for 16 years of follow-up are presented. It is shown that the most frequently recorded complications of pregnancy are anemia, diseases of the genitourinary system and diseases of the circulatory system. The cumulative specific gravity of these complications of pregnancy is 80% of the total. Edema, proteinuria and hypertensive disorders during the study period significantly reduced their structural importance, dropping from the second to the fourth place. Diseases of the genitourinary system and diseases of the circulatory system have increased their ranking places. Only two types of pathology: venous complications and diabetes mellitus showed the dynamics of prevalence growth. Other types of pathology complicating the course of pregnancy had a negative dynamics of prevalence in the population of pregnant women of the Russian Federation.

PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EMPLOYMENT OF DISABLED PEOPLE OF WORKING AGE
Sorokoletov D.V., Cherkasov S.N., Kirichenko Y.N.
Abstract
Improving the living conditions of the disabled as one of the most socially vulnerable categories of the population is among the priority tasks identified in the messages of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of May 26, 2004 and April 25, 2005 "[6]. According to the Ministry of Labor, today there are slightly less than one million disabled people of working age or 24% of their number. This, in no small measure, is facilitated by the fact that a citizen with disabilities has to apply himself to the employment services in search of a potential employer. At the same time, labor activity for a person is not only a way to economically ensure its existence, but also by the fact of realizing one's abilities (including creative ones), by associating with public values [3].

Cherkasov S.N., Kirtadze I.D.
Abstract
Based on a survey of 967 people aged 60 years and over, the influence of the level of education on the self-assessment of health was studied. It is shown that a higher level of education in men and women not only determines higher indicators of self-assessment of health, but also determines the stability of self-esteem indicators over a long period of life for both men and women. An analysis of gender characteristics showed that if in younger age groups self-esteem indicators were comparable, then in older age groups, self-assessment of health was lower in women.

THE IMPACT OF THE DEGREE OF SATISFACTION OF HEADS OF STATE AND COMMERCIAL MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS ON THEIR MOTIVATIONAL ATTITUDES
Cherkasov S.N., Kostikova A.Y., Oleynikova V.S.
Abstract
As a special category of personnel can be considered for managers of medical institutions. Their motivational attitudes may differ significantly from other employees of healthcare organizations. The degree of motivation of the leader depends largely on the quality of the entire medical organization, i.e. the concept of labour efficiency of enterprises directly connected with the labor efficiency of a Manager. When comparing statistical models of managers in commercial and government health organizations draws attention to the sharp difference in gender and age composition. In public health organizations very little heads up to 40 years. Whereas in commercial medical organizations have heads under 30 years of age. It is worth noting that in the age group of 51 leaders of state health organizations. For managers of public health organizations in four priority two factors can be attributed to repressive: "the Fear of losing a job" and "administrative Measures". For heads of commercial medical organizations important repressive factor only one "administrative Measures" and it's positioning in fourth place. Therefore, for leaders of public health organizations factors of administrative pressure play a greater role than for heads of commercial medical organizations. A high degree of satisfaction with labor activity is combined with more varied motivational structure, regardless of ownership of medical organization, desire to make independent and perhaps risky decisions and orientation toward professional growth and improvement of their professional skills.

AGE DYNAMICS OF FREQUENCY OF TREATMENTS FOR AMBULATORY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE FOR CAUSES INCLUDED IN THE SECOND CLASS OF ICD-10 IN MEN
Cherkasov S.N., Fedyaeva A.V.
Abstract
The aim of the study was to analyze the frequency of requests for out-patient medical care for men of different ages for reasons included in Class II of ICD-10. Data were used on the causes of treatment of 39,000 male patients within one year in medical organizations that provide outpatient medical care regardless of organizational form and departmental affiliation. It is shown that the increase in the frequency of calls for reasons included in the second class of ICD-10 (Neoplasms) can be described very accurately (the approximation coefficient is 0.982) by a second-order parabola. The increase in the frequency of treatment, especially pronounced in the age range of 37-42 years, is uniquely determined by the causes associated with malignant tumors, the specific gravity of which relative to benign tumors, increases with the age of the male.

Sharafutdinova N.H., Pavlova M.J., Kireeva J.F., Nazmieva L.R., Kul'muhametova N.G., Valiev I.R., Borisova M.V.
Abstract
The analysis of the death rate of the population of Ufa from cerebrovascular diseases for 2002-2016 was carried out according to the report form C51 according to the statistics service of Bashkortostan. Against the background of a decrease in mortality from diseases of the circulatory system, deaths from cerebrovascular diseases have increased by 11%. The death rate from cerebrovascular diseases among women was 1.5 times higher than among men. During the follow-up period, a 2.5-fold decrease in the death rate from stroke was detected, a more significant decrease was found among women (2.8 times) than among men (2.1 times). The revealed decrease in death rate from a stroke is connected with creation of service of specialized medical aid to patients. An increase in the death rate from cerebrovascular diseases and a decrease in deaths from stroke was due to an increase in the death rate from causes related to cerebral atherosclerosis (from 138.7 per 100,000 to 268.8), which in 97.2% of cases occurs in individuals overworking age. The increase in death rate from causes associated with cerebral atherosclerosis is confirmed by an increase in the dynamics of the average age of death from cerebrovascular diseases by 5.4 years, among men - by 5.7 years, among women - by 5.1 years.
