Abstract
Implementation of innovation in the health care system provides opportunities to improve the quality of medical care and at the same time, the high cost of innovation is associated with a risk of healthcare system budget. To manage these risks and ensure rapid access of patients to innovative health technologies in Russia and in the world as a whole is used health technology assessment. This publication addresses the issues of further development of the innovative health technologies assessment in the Russian Federation.

USE OF CLASSICAL MARKETING CONCEPTS IN HEALTH CARE

Abstract
The analysis of classical marketing strategies regarding their use in health care is carried out. It is shown that the isolated marketing concept can't be successfully used in the medical organizations as doesn't provide really and effectively operating mechanisms of scoping and demand pattern, quality control of the provided services and positive social effect of activities of the commercial medical organization.

THE IMPACT OF HEALTH CARE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT MECHANISMS ON THE HOSPITAL PERFORMANCE

Abstract
The article is devoted to last decades, worldwide development in of the modern mechanisms of health care quality improvement (total quality management, health care certification and accreditation, etc.) The importance of peer review systems is considered universally recognized. The evidence base for those mechanisms effectiveness is thought to be incomplete. Especially it is poor for clinical quality improvement point of view. There is small evidence of positive association between quality improvement mechanisms and clinical outcomes. It is also limit application of those programs in health care. The materials were taken from the studies that evaluate the benefits of those programs for hospitals. Analyzed studies were focused on certain hospital performance indicators. The most of indicators were relate to quality of hospital management. The article summarizes the trends of quality improvement to use it in hospital quality control systems.

CURRENT TRENDS FLOW OF CONTROL PATIENTS AT THE CENTER OF DIALYSIS IN MOSCOW

Abstract
В данной статье определены основные пути совершенствования организации гемодиализной помощи в Москве в рамках отделений, работающих в условиях государственно-частного партнерства. В ходе проведения исследования использовались следующие методы: изучение и обобщение опыта, аналитический, метод сравнительного анализа. Целью настоящего исследования явилось определение основных современных тенденций развития диализных центров лечения и оптимизации потоков пациентов в столичном регионе. В результате было выявлено, что основными факторами, влияющими на интенсивность движения больных в центры диализного лечения, работающие в рамках государственночастного партнерства в столичном регионе, стали: 1) удаленность и транспортная доступность, в том числе вид транспорта, близость к дому пациента; 2) удобное месторасположение центра диализного лечения; 3) прием на лечение неприкрепленного населения, не только жителей столичного региона и Московской области; 4) гарантированное функционирование данных отделений с устойчивым обеспечением медикаментами и другими материалами.

THE QUESTION OF PERFECTION OF THE INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT OF MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article stresses the urgency of improving the quality and efficiency of health care management at all levels, as well as the need to improve the information security management system of healthcare organizations. The aim of this work was to develop methodological bases of quality management of medical activities of medical organization. The study was applied: a method of studying and generalization of experience, analytical method, method of comparative analysis, a sociological method, the method of organizational experiment. It has been proven that the use of the expanded list of criteria indicators and analysis of their changes has allowed to detail the address management decisions aimed at improving the quality of medical practice and increasing patient satisfaction primary health organization. The article presents the analysis of the basic principles of modern health care development. Stresses the urgency of improving the quality and efficiency of health care management at all levels, as well as the need to improve the information security management system of healthcare organizations.

THE STUDY OF PHYSICAL CAPACITY IN STUDENTS AS A RISK FACTOR FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTH DISORDERS

Abstract
Data on the level of physical capacity was obtained through a survey of 976 students of 1-5 courses of higher education in Nizhnevartovsk. The study showed that the most informative criterion for dividing students into groups with high and low level of physical capacity should be considered at a distance of 6 km, which the student can go on foot to reach a state of fatigue. Such a distance at one time could cover only 71% of male students and 32% of female students. Students with a high level of physical performance more than appreciate your health and had more rare cases of acute diseases.

ANALISIS OF HOSPITAL MORBIDITI AND NEEDS ASSESSMENT FOR HEALTH CARE IN NEUROLOGI DEPARTMENT

Abstract
In order to predict and identify the dynamics of costs were, analyzed hospital morbidity and assess the need for medical care in the neurology department of departmental hospital Astrakhan 1 "Russian Railways" station. The analysis showed that the structure of the causes of hospital morbidity in the 2006-2015 biennium. in the first place were diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (43,649,9%), the second - diseases of the circulatory system (21,2-28,4%), the third - a disease of the nervous system (16.3 -21.5%), and in last place standing injury, poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes (6,1-10,2%), the share of the classes of diseases were stable and there was no growth trends, the actual need for beds decreased as consequence of the gradual introduction replacing hospital organizational technologies.
