SOME QUESTIONS OF AFFORDABLE AND QUALITY HEALTH CARE TO PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC NON-COMMUNICABLE DISEASES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND ABROAD
Abstract
This literature review examines the relevance of the issues of medical care to patients with chronic non-communicable diseases. Given that in every society a group of people most affected by multiple chronic non-communicable diseases are the older people, account when considering these issues is emphasized in relation to them. We consider foreign experience. The analysis allows to judge, the acceptability of the use of methods of medical care to the older generation of patients with multiple chronic diseases neinfkt sionnymi. Economically more efficient types of long-term care of this category of citizens contribute to reducing health care costs and stimulate the search for new alternative forms of care.

MEDICAL AND DEMOGRAPHIC SITUATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE ELDERLY POPULATION IN MOSCOW
Abstract
This publication presents the main trends in the medical and demographic situation in Moscow, including the defined organizational aspects of primary health care to the elderly population in the metropolitan area. It was found that, in the overall structure of the population of Moscow, against the current trend of reducing the proportion of the contingents under working age and of working age, there is a significant increase in the proportion of the population of working age. This fact is characteristic for both men and women.

ANALYSIS OF THE APPEAL OF PRIMARY HEALTH CAREIN RURAL POPULATION OF THE TVER REGION
Abstract
As a result of the research proved that in the process of planning the needs in primary health care provided on an outpatient basis, it is recommended to consider not only medical and pre-medical care. Was discovered different levels of demand for men and women, for age groups below 50 years and above 50 years. Against the territorial type analysis of aid have shown the feasibility of separation of territories with a specific gravity of rural population, more than 35% and located at a great distance from the regional center into two subtypes: with a high level of primary morbidity and with a low level of primary morbidity. Planning the level of uptake should take into consideration not only doctors providing primary health care, but also pre-medical level. The feasibility of allocating a suburban district in selected type areas was not confirmed.

ORGANIZATION OF INTERNAL CONTROL OVER QUALITY AND SAFETY OF MEDICAL PRACTICE IN THE MEDICAL ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The governmental task of creating quality and safety control system of medical practice, as well as an effective quality management system in health care requires the development of an effective system of internal control, that is a purpose of the project on territorial system of medical practice quality management creating in the Republic of Buryatia. The relevant provision was developed on the basis of ‘Proposals (practical recommendations) on internal control over quality and safety of medical practice in the medical organization (hospital)’ enacted by FSBI "CMCEE" of the Federal Service for the Supervision of Public Health in 2015 in the Semashko Republican Clinical Hospital in Ulan-Ude. Basic approaches to the development and maintenance in update status of medical practice quality control and safety systems as an effective tool to ensure it are considered.
