Features of the organization of medical care to improve the medical and social well-being of patients of senior reproductive age

Abstract
The article analyzes the organizational aspects of providing integrated medical care to older women of reproductive age as a tool for improving their medical and social well-being. The focus is on the need for an interdisciplinary approach, coordination between primary and specialized healthcare services, and social services. Based on an analysis of the legal framework and healthcare control systems, a model of integrated care is proposed that takes into account the specific risks, reproductive plans, and social needs of this group. The results show that such an integrated healthcare delivery system improves clinical outcomes, enhances patient adherence and socio-medical well-being, and optimizes resource utilization.
