The impact of DRG model changes on the medical organizations within the obligatory medical health insurance program (using the example of medical rehabilitation)

Abstract


Annotation. The article provides a comparative analysis of information on specialized medical care provided at the expense of mandatory medical insurance in 2021 and 2023 in some subjects of the Russian Federation. Medical organizations providing specialized medical care in the «Medical rehabilitation» profile are considered, and changes in the volume of expenditures per case of treatment for these periods are described in detail due to changes in some DRGs in the «Medical rehabilitation» profile.
