STUDY OF ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF AMETROPY IN CHILDREN

Abstract
To assess the clinical and economic effectiveness of ametropia diagnostics in children of different age categories (before 1 year, 1-3 yrs, 3-7 yrs). Materials and methods: retrospective analysis of medical documentation of 260 patients aged 5-7 years with refractive errors with mathematical, statistical methods. Clinical and economical analysis included detection of direct medical costs (DMC) for managing patients, decision tree modeling, burden of ametropia in children in the Russian Federation in modern conditions and the Budget impact analysis (BIA) of early diagnosis. Results: The average level DMCper patient under the age before 1 year was 46000 rubles, at the age of 1 -3 years - 55 000 rubles, at the age of 3-7 years - 63000 rubles. BIA has shown that early diagnosis can save up to 6-7 billion rubles. Conclusion: uncorrected refractive errors in children are characterized by a high economic and social burden.

Abstract
The analysis of the activity of the clinic of the city of Samara on diagnostics of tuberculosis in 2016 was conducted. The sex-age composition of the patients, social belonging, the structure of clinical forms, the percentage of bacterial excretion were analyzed. Methods for improving the timely detection of tuberculosis are suggested.

Abstract
The independent evaluation of the service accomplishment quality in the traumatological centres (T.C.) of the Moscow Region was executed by means of studying the transparency and availability of the information; the comfort of service provision and the availability of its acquisition; the expectation time of the service supply; amiability, politeness, competence of T.C. personnel; satisfaction with the quality of the service delivery; the existence of validated complaints about the staff work. The analysis of the quality evaluation results allows to optimize the T.C. work concerning immediate treatment of patients who have suffered in road traffic accidents

Abstract
This article reflects the main directions for improving the accessibility and quality of hemodialysis care in the Krasnoyarsk Territory within the centers of dialysis treatment of different forms of ownership. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: study and generalization of experience, analytical, statistical, sociological (survey), comparative analysis. The aim of this study was to study patients 'opinions on the basis of a comparative analysis of patients' satisfaction with the results of treatment at centers providing hemodialysis care in the CHI system. As a result, it was revealed that for many significant factors reflecting the quality and level of medical care in the departments, positive judgments were noted with the aim of making appropriate management decisions to improve the organizational conditions and informational support for the activities of the centers.
