Abstract
Study of the medical activity of families of children showed that the parents of children born prematurely are more responsible for preserving the health of their children, in contrast to parents whose children were born on time. They are more critical about their knowledge, use better sources of information in the form of specialized literature and advice from specialists, consult with a doctor more often, specify the schedule for taking medications and inform about violations of their recommendations. As a rule, the decision to conceal information from the doctor about the errors in the performance of prescriptions was made on the basis of a subjective idea of the minor effect of the errors made on the results of treatment.
