THE REASONS AND FACTORS DEFINING NEED OF CHANGES IN RURAL HEALTH CARE

Abstract
Assessment of efficiency of model of rural health care system of 14 rural municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan with population less than 25 thousand people. Methods. The analysis of statistical data of 14 rural central regional hospitals of the Republic of Tatarstan, demographic indicators and incidence of the living population for 2000-2014 and in 6 regional hospitals is carried out, including, the analysis of efficiency of use of personnel, material and financial resources of health care for 2012-2014 is carried out. Intensive, extensive indicators and average sizes are calculated. Results. Obvious problems of a demographic situation in areas of research is established. In all regional hospitals decreased total number of the population, and in structure of the population decreased the number of the children's population. For years of research there was a twofold decrease in number of the round-the-clock stationary beds and reduction of level of hospitalization by 35%. Decreased number of visits in outpatient departments. The part of hospitalization of the emergency patients in late terms and a lethality of postoperative patients has increased. Primary incidence and prevalence of diseases among the population has increased. Conclusion. The current model of rural health care when attaching a population of less than 25,000 people is ineffective, does not provide an adequate level of population health the health care organization

INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO TREATMENT OF INFLAMMATORY PERIODONTAL DISEASES IN WOMEN

This article describes an innovative approach to the treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases in women, being the majority (78,7%) of patients with generalized periodontitis. It is women, since they are characterized by the dependence of the severity and prevalence of periodontal inflammatory diseases of the period of life and the level of estrogen deficiency.

THE ANALYSIS OF A DEMAND THE AMBULATORY MEDICAL CARE OF THE TVER REGION

Abstract
The purpose of the study - an analysis of demand out-patient medical care of the population of the Tver region. Stability of structure of addresses of the population on medical specialties is revealed. It is shown that it is reasonable to consider an indicator of the registered primary incidence as more informative and the least connected with other considered indicators (an indicator of number of visits on one inhabitant, a negotiability indicator). It is recommended to exclude an indicator of general incidence from further review. It is also recommended to exclude an indicator of number of visits on one inhabitant as connected by strong correlation dependence with an indicator of security with doctors. The obtained data matter for planning process of necessary amounts of medical care to the population.

REGIONAL VARIATION DYNAMICS OF MEDICAL DEMOGRAPHIC SITUATION IN 2005-2013

Abstract
Positive demographic trends in Russia since 2006 are demonstrated to be associated with narrowing regional variation spectra of population natural replacement indices and its basic determinants. Fertility and mortality correlations are discussed with population age composition, education level, income, potential of inpatient and outpatient health care facilities, number of physicians, urbanization, migration attractiveness of territories and criminal activity. Health care system is revealed to be weak in withstanding demographic challenges. Data reliability and comparability, attention to inherent causation of mixed changes are stressed to be indispensable for adequate evaluation of current situation, prospects of its development, distribution and usage of available resources.

RESULTS OF PATIENTS OPINION POLL ON ABOUT THE QUALITY OF NURSING CARE IN HOSPITALS

Abstract
The study examined the patients-opinion about the quality of nursing care in Omsk hospitals. The method used was a questionnaire. 47.6% of patients consider the nursing care to be excellent, 46.3% of patients considerit to be good. There is some evidencewhat patients pay attention to as for as nursing care is concerned. They suggested measures to improve the quality of care. The data obtained can be used in the nursesjob those who work in medical - prophylactic institutions.

DEVELOPMENT MEDICAL CARE IN THE PRISON SYSTEM RUSSIA (END OF XVIII-EARLY XX CENTURE)

Abstract
The article deals with the development of prison health care in Russia. The first mention of the treatment of patients with criminals found in 1775. In 1788 adopted the Regulations of the prisons. The document draws on the experience of prison systems of European countries. Since 1819 medical care organization was the responsibility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It created the conditions for the organization of medical care in the prison system. Legal medical care based on the conclusions were adopted in 1831. In 1879, in the main prison management appeared as an inspector for the medical unit. He coordinated the provision of health care to prisoners and developed hygienic measures. The primary link in the national prison system were separate prison authorities. In accordance with the Law of 15 June 1887 the authorities organized medical care convicted. Treatment of patients with prisoners was carried out by the state. In the analyzed period there was no uniform medical morbidity statistics. It is shown that special attention was paid to infectious diseases. Pathology of infectious nature has been given less attention.
