Abstract
This literature review systematizes and analyzes the key legislative acts establishing the rules and procedures for providing medical care to children with oncological and hematological diseases in the Russian Federation, with the goal of identifying both the strengths and areas of need for improvement within this system. The review covers federal laws, Russian Government decrees, orders and guidelines of the Russian Ministry of Health, and regional regulations.
