The legal regulation of extracorporal hemocorrection as an example of the complexity of regulating innovative interdisciplinary technologies in health care

Abstract


Efficiency underlies application of any method of treatment in clinical practice. However, its wide use is impossible without adequate legal regulation. The existing regulatory legal acts concerning applications of the blood purification methods in practice in the Russian Federation are analysed in article.
