CONTRACTED WORK IN HEALTH CARE: APPLICABILITY, LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Abstract
The negative experience of employing contingent labor in the Russian Federation which social and labor rights of employees were infringed before year 2016 led to a law revision: strict restrictions were introduced in the temporary assignment of personnel to another person. The basic functions of public health services cannot be transferred to the recruited staff, due to the availability of licensing requirements and conditions for labor relations with medical personnel in the Russian Federation. Outsourcing in terms of additional services (cleaning, catering, security, etc.) can be revised in favor of a staffing contract that provides the benefits of direct employee management.

ORGANIZATION OF HEMATOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE TO ADULTS: SOME OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS

The system of organization of hematological care for the adult population includes outpatient, inpatient and inpatient care. There is an almost two-fold increase in outpatient and a decrease in the volume of round-the-clock inpatient care over the past five years.
